Diana is the Co-Founder of Spona Code, a strategic consulting
company, bringing a wealth of experience in strategy,
organizational development, communications, marketing, and
sustainability. As the Founder and author of the MAMFORCE©
standard for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), she has
developed a comprehensive framework for assessing gender
equality and work-life integration.

In her commitment to societal well-being, Diana serves as the
President of MODE1, a civil society organization uniting
companies and individuals devoted to sustainability. Additionally,
she contributes her expertise as an Advisory Board member for
Children's Rights and CSR with UNICEF Croatia and as a cofounder
of the UN Global Compact Network in Croatia.

Diana je suosnivačica tvrtke Spona Code, strateškog savjetovanja
tvrtka koja donosi bogato iskustvo u strategiji,
organizacijski razvoj, komunikacije, marketing i
održivost. Kao osnivač i autor MAMFORCE©
standard za raznolikost, jednakost i uključenost (DEI), ona ima
razvila sveobuhvatan okvir za procjenu spola
jednakosti i integracije rada i života.

U svojoj predanosti društvenoj dobrobiti, Diana služi kao
Predsjednik MODE1, organizacije civilnog društva koja ujedinjuje
tvrtke i pojedinci posvećeni održivosti. Dodatno,
doprinosi svojom stručnošću kao članica Savjetodavnog odbora za
Dječja prava i DOP s UNICEF-om Hrvatska i kao suosnivač
Mreže UN Global Compacta u Hrvatskoj.
